Low Voltage Power Cable
Single or multicore cable with voltage rating 600/1000V is part of our quality product range. Multi-stranded (class 2 or class 5) copper conductors ranged from 1.5mm2 to 120mm2 are offered with PVC or XLPE insulation. Galvanized steel wires armouring or braiding are commonly used to provide mechanical protection for the cables. For higher fire safety standard, flame retardant & low smoke halogen materials are available.
The cables are manufactured in compliance with the following international standards:
- IEC 60502-1
- BS 6346 (PVC insulated)
- BS 5467 (XLPE insulated)
- BS 6724 (low smoke halogen free)
Flexible Multicore Control Cable
CS Dynamic produces a variety of multicore cables for control applications in industrial environment.
To provide extra flexibility in constraint working space, fine stranded conductors (comply with IEC 60228 Class 5) ranged from 0.5mm2 to 4mm2 are used so that the completed cables have very small bending radius. Screening with aluminium-PET tapes or/and tinned copper wire braid helps to maintain the high flexibility while protecting signals from EM interference.
We are able to manufacture these cables according to various specifications, including IEC 60227, BS EN 50525 & DIN VDE 0281 (300/500V or 450/750V).
